Private. No pressure. No judgement.
I know what it feels like to want to change but still find yourself pulled back into the same old patterns.
For years, I lived that life.
There was alcohol, drugs, chaos, bad choices, shame, starting again, and then going back to old behaviours. I tried to sort myself out more times than I can count, but nothing really changed until I started to understand what was actually going on beneath it all.
It wasn’t just about stopping. It was about looking at the thinking, the habits, the triggers, the pain, the excuses, and the identity I had built around it.
Recovery didn’t happen for me because someone judged me. It happened when I started getting honest about where I was, what I wanted, and what needed to change.
That’s why I do this work now, because sometimes you don’t need someone to talk down to you or tell you everything you already know. You need someone who gets it, someone who can sit across from you and say, “I understand. Now let’s work out what comes next.”
That’s what The Comeback Coach is about: helping you stop surviving the same cycle and start building your comeback.
Trying to stop, starting again, then finding yourself pulled back into old behaviours.
One version everyone sees, and another one you’re trying to hide.
You’ve made promises to yourself, but something keeps pulling you back.
You want honest support from someone who understands the reality of it.
Family members and friends can also book a private call for guidance.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
1. You tell me what’s going on
You don’t need to explain it perfectly. Just say where you’re at.
2. I listen and ask a few questions
So I can understand what kind of support might help.
3. We talk through the next step
No pressure, no pushy sales pitch, just an honest conversation.
Your details will be treated privately and respectfully. This is a no-pressure call to see whether the support is right for you.
